Works will start February 1st 2012 and will be completed in July 2015. The project will include exhibition galleries, a conservation center, a conference center as well as landscaping and commercial retail and restaurants. The duration is 40 months while the contract value is of US$ 810,000,000 (+/- EUR 635 million).
