New high-rise office building in Azerbaijan

The State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) selected BESIX for the construction of an office building which will be part of a new administrative center under construction in Baku.
 

This high-rise tower of 126m will offer 24 floors and 2 basement levels. The circular podium levels (from ground floor to level 3) contain all shared functions, such as entrance lobby, library, conference rooms, restaurant, museum etc.

 

This contract amounts EUR 84,9 million. The works started in December 2011 and will be completed by October 2013.
