Tug of war at the Royal Atlantis Project site. The Royal Atlantis Project Management organised a "TUG OF WAR" competition between the different trades in coordination with our client and consultant. A Total of 20 teams participated in the event including site workers, office staff and even the client. All those who participated thoroughly enjoyed the event which was supported by all employees at the project. The final winners of the competition were the steel fixer's team. Members of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed teams were rewarded with a trophy, a cash prize and a certificate. The project raised AED 10,000, some of which went to prizes; and the remainder being donated to the local charity DUBAI CARES. Team activities such as these are important for building trust, bonding, easing conflicts, increasing collaboration and communication.
